RECOMMENDATIONSThat the City Council:1. Approve the Second Amendment to the Lease Agreement withthe County of Riverside, for rent of $6,836.35 per month, for theterm of September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026, with twoone-year options to extend; and2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute theSecond Amendment to the Lease Agreement with the Countyof Riverside, including making minor and non-substantivechanges. 3 4
