RFP DESCRIPTION: The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Consultant”) to provide Project/Program Management per the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) guidelines and procedures for the SS4A Grant. The Consultant will also complete the Project Approval and Environmental Documents (PA&ED) phase, and the Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) phase.
