Demo Leaders, Inc. was deemed non -responsive after they withdrew their bid due to their current circumstances and organizational capacity. As a result, their submission s were no longer considered valid for the evaluation process.
BID DESCRIPTION: The project entails constructing a new storm drain system along Houghton Avenue and Pine Street, beginning with the removal and reconstruction of the existing catch basin and the capping of an existing outlet.
