RFP DESCRIPTION: The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity (“Company”) to provide all necessary management skills, labor, equipment, and materials to properly manage and maintain approximately 12 acres of citrus groves along Victoria Avenue between Myrtle and La Sierra Avenues and on Magnolia Avenue between Banbury Drive and Buchanan Street as described in Exhibit “A”, the Scope of Services (“Services”).
