Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Third Amendment to Agreement No. C06-207 Western Municipal Water District Water Conservation Funding Agreement between Western Municipal Water District and Riverside Public Utilities for a term through June 30, 2035, including making minor and non-substantive changes.
