A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE OFFICIAL MAP OF TRACT 22291.
BE IT RESOLVED that this map, consisting of eight sheets, be and the same is hereby accepted as the Official Map of
TRACT 22291
Being a subdivision of portions of Section 23 and 26, T. 3 S., R.6 W., & S. B.M. per Map Book 7, Page 10, San Bernardino County Records and all that portion of Lot 16 in Block 45 of the Lands of Riverside Land and Irrigating Company as shown by map on file in Book 1, Page 70 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County.
and the streets and easements as shown thereon are hereby accepted as public streets and easements, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said map by signing her name thereto as City Clerk of the City of Riv- erside, California, and to affix the official seal of said City thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any variances as to lot area, building area or yard requirements approved by the Planning Commission are hereby approved.
ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk this 15th day of December, 1987.
