STAFF PRESENT: Gil Hernandez, Tarren Torres, Chris Pullin, and Eva Arseo Chair Mill convened the meeting at 9:00 a.m.

There was no one wishing to address the Committee.
RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 1.17.230(A) AMENDMENT REGARDING
ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION FEES
Following discussion, it was moved by Chair Mill and seconded by Vice Chair Falcone to recommend that the City Council introduce and subsequently adopt an ordinance amending Riverside Municipal Code ("RMC") Administrative Citation amounts to $100.00, $500.00, and $1,000.00 and return to committee in 12 months to revisit the citation fees.
