All that portion of 11th Street located between Block 11, Range 5 and Block 10, Range 5, of the Town of Riverside, as shown by map on file in Book 7, Page 17 of Maps, records of San Bernardino County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said Block 11, Range 5; Thence Northeasterly along the Northeasterly prolongation of the Northwesterly line of Block 11, Range 5, also being the Southeasterly line of Orange Street, 33 feet half- width, 33 feet to the centerline of said 11th Street;
