Attached please find a document going to City Council shortly regarding our ongoing duty of care for the National Historic Landmark Harada House. It is a resolution that satisfies a deliverable for a federal grant supporting Harada House from the National Park Service. The document describes inspection obligations to be performed by the Community and Economic Development Department. I am requesting your concurrence.
