Please note that this decision may still adversely affect the scoring for any or all applications your agency submits to HCD programs, including AHSC in alignment with the HCD Negative Points Policy Memo. Further, failure to achieve these new deadlines is likely to result in a cross-default of all project components, and the Department will be forced to recoup all project funds from all parties.The following project scope for TRA components related to the project have been modified as follows: Elimination of the Solar Walkway and night art installation and reallocation of funds to design and construct:oNew Class III bike route on Kansas Avenueo19 crosswalks and associate audible push buttonsoBus stop improvements at University & Chicago Relocation of mural and crosswalks as described in your request letter dated December 5, 2024All other AHD, HRI, PGM, STI and TRA deadlines remain the same as agreed upon in the Standard Agreement. The terms listed above supersede conflicting terms in any published Guidelines and Standard Agreements. All other terms and conditions contained in the AHSC Round Guidelines and subsequent amendments still apply.
