BID DESCRIPTION: This project consists of constructing a raised median, grind and overlay, and high friction surface treatment (HFST) on Mission Inn Avenue between Scout Lane and Redwood Drive. The project also includes signing and striping improvements along the project se gment. Additionally, the project includes the replacement of existing detector loops at the signalized intersection of Mission Inn Avenue and Redwood Drive.

COMMENTS:
The Purchasing Division has evaluated all bids received and recommends award be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in compliance with Purchasing Resolution 2 4101. The Public Works Department concurs with this recommendation and will be submitting a report.
