BID DESCRIPTION: This project consists of installing right-turn overlap signal heads with signage and yellow retroreflective backplates at 18 signalized intersections. It also includes the installation of yellow retroreflective backplates at 379 signalized intersections Citywide.

COMMENTS:
The Purchasing Division has evaluated all bids received and recommends award be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in compliance with Purchasing Resolution 2 4101. The Public Works Department concurs with this recommendation and will be submitting a report.
