This Supplement to Official Statement (the “Supplement”) supplements the Official Statement dated April 11, 2008 (as previously supplemented on March 8, 2023, the “Official Statement”) of the City of Riverside (the “Obligor”) relating to the above-captioned obligations (the “Certificates”). This Supplement provides new and updated information about the Certificates. The Official Statement is on file with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access system. Capitalized terms that are used herein and not otherwise defined have the meanings given such terms in the Official Statement.
All references in the Official Statement to the termination date of the Letter of Credit that has been issued by Bank of America, N.A. to support the payment of principal of and interest with respect to the Certificates are hereby updated to reflect a scheduled termination date of such Letter of Credit of May 3, 2029.
