Request to Withdraw Bid
Project Name: 14th St and Vine St Storm Drain Improvements – Portable Storm System Bid No.: 8156
Purchase Order No.: 262157
Contract Amount: $101,138.20
To Whom It May Concern,
ACC & Engineering respectfully requests permission to withdraw from the above-referenced project.

Due to unforeseen internal circumstances that have recently affected our company’s operations, it would be difficult for us to proceed with this project in a manner that meets the required schedule and performance requirements.

This request is submitted in good faith and with full respect for the City of Riverside’s contracting and procurement process. Our intent is to allow the City to proceed without delay and move forward with a contractor that is best positioned to meet the project needs.

We appreciate the opportunity to have worked with the City of Riverside and thank you for your time and consideration. Please feel free to contact me if any additional information is required.

Sincerely,
Ben Hamed, M.ASCE, AM.AIA, LEED-GA
