RECOMMENDATIONSThat the City Council:1. Approve a Professional Consultant Services Agreement from RFP No. 2491for Geotechnical Services for Water Utility Capital Improvement Projectswith NV5, Inc. of Riverside, California, for a term until December 31, 2028, ina not-to-exceed amount of $400,000 annually on an as-needed basis withthe option to extend for two additional one-year terms; and2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the ProfessionalConsultant Services Agreement and any other documents necessary toeffectuate the project described herein, as well as the ability to make minornon-substantive changes, in accordance with all purchasing policies,including the ability to extend the agreement for two additional one-yearterms.7
