BID DESCRIPTION: The Civil Rights Walk project consists of the pedestrian improvements of a 1.8 -mile core loop and a 2.9 -mile expanded loop walking route throughout Downtown Riverside. The routes will connect 24 historic and cultural landmarks that highlight both the civil rights movement and the City of Riverside’s history.
