Chair Mill convened the meeting at 9:00 a.m.

WORKSHOP
REVIEW OF EXISTING TOBACCO RETAIL REGULATIONS WITHIN TITLES 6 AND 19 OF RIVERSIDE
MUNICIPAL CODE
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee (1) received and ordered filed the update on the existing Tobacco Retail Regulations within Title 6 and 19 of the Riverside Municipal Code; and (2) recommended staff forward policy Approach 2 - Distance Requirements and Approach 4 - Prohibit tobacco sales Citywide as outlined in the staff report to the Planning Commission and subsequently return to the Land Use Committee with proposed policy changes and regulations.
REPURPOSE RIVERSIDE ADAPTIVE REUSE ORDINANCE UPDATE
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee (1) received and ordered filed the update on the preparation of the Repurpose Riverside Adaption Reuse Ordinance to streamline the conversion of non-residential structures into residential or mixed-use development funded by REAP 2.0 grant funds.
