Mayor Pro Tem Robillard called the meeting to order at 8:10 a.m.

There was no one wishing to address the City Council.
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Pro Tem Robillard and City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:11 a.m. pursuant to Government Code §54957 for recruitment of City Attorney by City Council and will reconvene on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
