RFP DESCRIPTION: The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking a qualified Design-Build Entity (“Company”) to provide comprehensive architectural, engineering, and construction Design -Build services for City Hall lobby renovations (“Services”). This would include but not limited of a new office space, relocation of the security desk, a new Grab N Go food service, a new multi-purpose area.

COMMENTS:
