Introduction
Riverside Police Department, CA requests pricing for 166 CLIPS licenses divided between Full Terminal Users and Limited Access Users as defined in the license quantities.
A ConnectIC license is included which will support CLETS connectivity for the CLIPS server.
Remote CLIPS training is included. This includes Training Planning with Riverside Police Department, Administrator Training, and Train the Trainer Training. Remote Administrator Training is limited to a maximum of 5 attendees per session. Remote Train the Trainer Training is limited to 10 persons per session. Train the Trainer sessions are typically 2 to 2.5 hours each. Multiple sessions are available for each type a training not to exceed 10 total remote training sessions. If on-site training is required, a revised quote will be issued.
Remote implementation services are included. These services include project planning calls, installation and configuration of software, and CLETS certification testing support.
This quote includes 5 years of maintenance with a 4% annual escalator to be paid annually.
This scope of this quote is limited to CLIPS for CLETS transactions.
ConnectIC and CLIPS are CommSys standard products.
