RECOMMENDATIONSThat the City Council:1. Approve the purchase of playground equipment for OrangeTerrace Community Park from OMNIA cooperative contract#R220203 with Pacific Play Systems, Inc of Carlsbad, CA inthe amount of $213,960; and2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute alldocuments necessary to complete this purchase, includingmaking minor and non-substantive changes.3 4
