Dear Sir:
This Department has processed this case and determined the sureties, cash deposits, and cash payments required. Before this case may be presented to the City Council for their approval, the following checked items MUST BE SUBMITTED to the Department of Public Works, except as noted below, BEFORE 5 P.M. TUESDAY in order to present this case to the City Council for their approval on the TUESDAY OF THE SIX WEEKS FOLLOWING.
[X] $1,915,710.00 Performance Surety (includes Parks & Rec Trail, RPU Electric and Water)
[X] $957,855.00 Labor & Materialmen Surety (includes Parks & Rec Trail, RPU Electric and Water)
Sureties to be: 1) Corporate Surety Bond, 2) Time Certificate of Deposit, or 3) Cash Deposit.
[X] Agreement for Improvements: The sureties and agreement must be approved by the City Attorney's Office before they are submitted to the Public Works Department.
[X] $15,000.00 Cash deposit to guarantee placement of survey monuments.
[X] $209,916.00 Cash payment for sewer connection. (Sewer connections are not guaranteed until this tract is given final approval by the City Council, with tract approval being subject to availability of sewer connections at that time)
[X] $749.16 Public Works City Surcharge
[X] $5,351.15 Regional Park and Trail Development Impact fees for new Public Right of Way. (Note:
Regional Park and Trail Development Impact Fees for all other lots will be assessed at Building Permit, along with Local Park and Aquatic Facility Development Impact Fees )
[X] $236,378.75 RPU - Water Division Fee
ALL OF THE ABOVE AMOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE PURSUANT TO ACTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL; and the amounts for the Performance Surety and the Labor and Materialmen Surety may be reviewed by the Public Works Department at the end of six months and may be revised. Additional sewer, storm drain, traffic signal and railroad signal mitigation fees, and fees required by other agencies may be charged at the time of issuing a Building Permit.
CASH DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE TO BE BY CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK OR CASHIER'S CHECK ONLY
Payment of the above required sureties, deposits and payments do not constitute approval for recordation of the map. The case will not go forward to the City Council for finalization until all required improvement plans have been approved by this office and all conditions of the map have been met.
