RECOMMENDATIONSThat the City Council:1. Approve the Third Amendment to the Landscape Agreement withMariposa Landscapes, Inc. for landscape maintenance andirrigation repair services for the term of July 1, 2026, through June30, 2027, in the amount of $236,686.32;2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a 5% changeorder authority in the amount of $11,834.32; and3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute optional termextensions to the Agreement with Mariposa Landscapes, Inc.,including making minor or non-substantive changes, provided thatthe annual amounts are included in the subsequent approvedbudgets.3
