SUBJECT: Closed Session - Personnel [Government Code §54957]
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE
A closed session will be held on June 16, 2026, for the purpose of considering the above-described matter pursuant to Gov't. Code §54957(b) ("This Chapter shall not be construed to prevent the legislative body of a local agency from holding closed sessions during a regular or special meeting to consider the appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or discipline of a public employee or to hear complaints or charges brought against the employee by another person or employee unless the employee requests a public session.")
Any disclosures shall include the vote or abstention of each member.
