Frank Heyming spoke regarding homelessness concerns and community outreach.

HOUSING AUTHORITY'S PROJECTS UPDATE
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee received and ordered filed the update on the Housing Authority's projects.
SUCCESSOR AGENCY-OWNED PROPERTIES UPDATE
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee received and ordered filed the update on Successor Agency-owned properties.
HOMELESSNESS ACTION PLAN UPDATE
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Committee (1) received and ordered filed the presentation on the review process to assess and identify proposed updates to the Homelessness Action Plan; and (2) provided recommendations to staff.

ITEMS FOR FUTURE HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE CONSIDERATION AS
REQUESTED BY MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE
Councilmember Cervantes requested discussion on homeless individuals being dropped off potentially outside the City. Housing and Homelessness Director Michelle Davis announced, along with Community and Economic Development, the update on the Housing Element and Prohousing Designation Program at an upcoming Housing and Homelessness Committee meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:12 p.m.
