RFP DESCRIPTION: The City is seeking contractors to provide emergency and non-emergency repair work. The full scope of work shall include but not be limited to emergency cleanup and repair, concrete grinding, driveway, gutter and sidewalk replacement, asphalt and striping repair per City standards, repair to City facilities as a result of the work in the Public Right -Of-Way, sewer and water line repair, pothole investigations, removal and replacement of minor structures and appliances, demolition, installation, dry walling, painting, and administrative duties.
