That the City Council:1. Adopt a resolution declaring the election results for Wards 2, 4, and 6, and Ballot Measure Z;2. Adopt a resolution calling for the Special (Runoff) Election for Wards 2 and 4; 3. Maintain the current policy setting the cost for Statement of Qualification (Candidate Statement); and4.
