RFP DESCRIPTION: The City of Riverside is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced professional landscape maintenance firms to provide comprehensive landscape and general outside maintenance services for the North Quadrant parkways and medians, located north of the SR-91 Freeway within the City’s public right-of- way.

COMMENTS:
