RFP DESCRIPTION: The City of Riverside is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced professional landscape maintenance firms to provide comprehensive landscape and general outside maintenance services for the South-West Quadrant parkways and medians, located north of the SR -91 Freeway within the City’s public right-of-way.
