Following discussion and without formal motion, the Land Use Committee approved the proposed 2026 Work Plan for the Planning Commission. Launa Wilson spoke on the matter.

OOR WOODEN PALLET STORAGE YARD REGULATION OPTIONS
Following discussion and without formal motion, the Land Use Committee (1) received a report regarding outdoor storage of wooden pallets regulations; and (2) requested staff return to the Committee with additional details and regulation options for the outdoor storage of wooden pallets. Mike McCarthy spoke on the matter.

FIC IMPACT ANALYSIS GUIDELINES FOR VEHICLES MILES TRAVELED UPDATE Following discussion and without formation motion, the Land Use Committee received and filed ordered the update regarding the Traffic Impact Analysis Guidelines for Vehicle Miles Traveled. Mike McCarthy spoke on the matter.
