PRESENT: Mayor Pro Tem Cervantes and Councilmembers Falcone, Robillard, Conder, Mill, Hernandez, and Hemenway
ABSENT: Mayor Lock Dawson
Mayor Pro Tem Cervantes called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m.
PUBLIC COMMENTS IN PERSON/TELEPHONE
Errol Koshewitz spoke regarding the Inspector General position. Keith Nelson spoke regarding special meeting time, public participation, and transparency.
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Pro Tem Cervantes and City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 9:09 a.m. pursuant to Government Code §54957 for recruitment of Inspector General by City Council.
The City Council reconvened at 12:31 p.m. with Mayor Pro Tem Cervantes presiding and all Councilmembers present.
COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Pro Tem Cervantes announced there were no reportable actions taken during Closed Session and will reconvene on Tuesday July 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
Mayor Pro Tem Cervantes adjourned the meeting at 12:31 p.m.
