City of Riverside Regional Water Quality Control Plant Mobile Security Camera Units (RFP No. 2295) This SECOND AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Second Amendment”) is made and entered into this _____ day of _______________, ______, by and between the CITY OF RIVERSIDE, a California charter city and municipal corporation (“City”), and BEST ALARM COMPANY, INC., a California corporation (“Contractor”). RECITALS WHEREAS, on January 18, 2024, City and Contractor entered into a Services Agreement for City of Riverside Regional Water Quality Control Plant Mobile Security Camera Units (RFP No. 2295) (“Agreement”) in the amount of Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Dollars ($215,840.00); and WHEREAS, on June 16, 2025, City and Contractor entered into a First Amendment to Services Agreement (“First Amendment”) to extend the term of the Agreement and increase compensation in the amount of Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Dollars ($17,820.00) per month, for a total contract price of Four Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Dollars ($429,680.00); and WHEREAS, the Agreement is set to expire May 30, 2026; and WHEREAS, City and Contractor desire to extend the term of the Agreement for one (1) additional year, from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027; and WHEREAS, City and Contractor desire increase compensation in the amount of Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Dollars ($17,820.00) per month for the extended term of the Agreement, for a total Contract Price of not to exceed Six Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Dollars ($643,520.00). NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals which are incorporated herein by this reference, City and Contractor agree as follows: 1. Paragraph 2, Term, is hereby amended to extend the term of the Agreement for one (1) additional year, from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. 2. Paragraph 3, Compensation, is hereby amended to increase compensation in the amount of Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Dollars ($17,820.00) per month for the extended term of the Agreement, for a total Contract Price of not to exceed Six Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Dollars ($643,520.00). 2 3. Exhibit “B” of the Agreement is amended to include Exhibit “B-2,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.4.
