NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Riverside will hold a public hearing relative to the Disposition and Development Agreement for 2882 Mission Inn Avenue with Grapevine Development, LLP.., for the sale of Housing Authority of the City of Riverside property located at 2882 Mission Inn Avenue for $1 to facilitate the development of 10 affordable housing units as part of a 64-unit mixed-use development in coordination with the Successor Agency at 2731-2871 University Avenue.

All persons interested in said matter are hereby invited to appear at the time and place herein specified, either in support or opposition thereto or participate in the meeting viewing the live Webcast at www.RiversideCA.gov/Meeting. Comments can be presented in the Art Pick Council Chamber during the public hearing. Public comments are limited to three minutes per person.
All comments relative to Disposition and Development Agreement for 2882 Mission Inn Avenue should be submitted to the City of Riverside, Department of Housing and Human Services, 3900 Main Street, 5th Floor, Riverside, CA 92522 at or prior to the close of the hearing on September 1, 2026 or by contacting Agripina Neubauer at (951) 826-3947 [email protected].
