This Amendment # 2 to Agreement UCOP #2019.001563 (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Regents of the University of California (UC) and Supplier.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
The Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
1. Otis Elev ator Company (the Company) and Amtech are affiliated through the following corporate structure:
a. Otis Worldwide Corporation, a publicly traded corporation, owns 100% of the shares of the Company and is the Company's parent.
b. The Company, in turn, owns 100% of the shares of North A merican Elevator Services Company ("NAES").
c. NAES, in turn, owns 100% of the shares of Amtech.
Based on the above, Amtech is affiliated with the Company as an indirect subsidiary of the Company as of 4th day of March 2020.
2. Effective October 1, 2022, there are new OMNIA nationwide rates.
All other terms, conditions and provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
This Amendment is signed by the parties’ duly authorized representatives, and shall be effectiv e as of January 30, 2023.
