Please accept this as my request to refer Planning case PR-2024-001711, heard as Agenda Item 4 on July 16, 2026, to the City Council.
Public Works and the City Attorney's Office have discussed the matter of the Planning Commission's addition from the dais of a condition of approval to add a break in the median on La Sierra. This referral will enable more clarity as to the added condition, and input from the City departments to ensure any added conditions are safe and effective while addressing the community's concerns.
