Please note that this decision may still adversely affect the scoring for any or all applications your agency submits to HCD programs, including AHSC in alignment with the HCD Negative Points Policy Memo. Further, failure to achieve these new deadlines is likely to result in a cross-default of all project components, and the Department will be forced to recoup all project funds from all parties.The following project milestones for STI and TRA components have been modified as follows: Completion of Construction: March 30, 2028Completion of work and Disbursement of All Funds: July 30, 2028The following scope of work changes for the STI and TRA components have been modified as follows: Shifting funds for Street, complementing the previous scope change approved in January 2025All other AHD, HRI, PGM, STI and TRA deadlines remain the same as agreed upon in the Standard Agreement or subsequent amendments. The terms listed above supersede conflicting terms in any published Guidelines and Standard Agreements. All other terms and conditions contained in the AHSC Round Guidelines and subsequent amendments still apply.
