NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Riverside will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (or as soon after as the matter may be heard) in the Art Pick Council Chamber, 3900 Main Street, Riverside, California 92522, relative to rent stabilization procedures for mobile home parks, as follows:
MOBILE HOME PARKS RENT STABILIZATION: Annual review of the report of the City Manager relative to the provisions of Chapter 5.75 of the Riverside Municipal Code concerning activities undertaken during the past 12-month period relative to mobile home parks rent stabilization procedures.
The Public Hearing will be held by the City Council on the following date:

All persons interested in said matter are hereby invited to appear at the time and place specified above, either in support or opposition thereto or participate in the meeting viewing the live Webcast at www.RiversideCA.gov/Meeting. Comments can be presented in the Art Pick Council Chamber during the public hearing. Public comments are limited to three minutes per person.
All comments relative to Mobile Home Rent Stabilization annual review and annual rent increase should be submitted to the City of Riverside, Department of Housing and Human Services prior to the close of the hearing on September 22, 2026.
Persons unable to attend the hearing may send written comments to: City Clerk, City Hall, 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522 prior to September 22, 2026. Comments vie the eComment feature at www.RiversideCA.gov/Meeting may be submitted until 11:00 a.m. on September 22, 2026.
If you challenge the above proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk of the City of Riverside at, or prior to, the public hearing.
