RECOMMENDATIONSThat the City Council:1. Approve the Third Amendment to the Lease Agreement withthe County of Riverside, for rent of $7,075.62 per month, for theterm of September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with one,one-year option to extend; and2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the ThirdAmendment to the Lease Agreement with the County ofRiverside, including making minor and non-substantive changes.3 4
