BID DESCRIPTION: Procurement and installation of new Model ATC FLeX II rack-mounted traffic signal controllers with Omni eX Controller Software at various Citywide signalized intersections. Work includes removal of existing equipment, hardware, and software; installation, configuration, testing, and integration with the City’s ATMS central system. Consultant services will include database conversion, programming, and system integration to ensure proper operation of the new controllers.

COMMENTS:
The Purchasing Division has evaluated all bids received and recommends award be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in compliance with Purchasing Resolution 24421. The Public Works Department concurs with this recommendation and will be submitting a report.
