Location: Alley, South of Elizabeth Street, East of Magnolia Avenue That certain real property located in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, described in Grant Deed Recorded November 10, 1949, In Book 1122, Page 481, et seq. and said Grant Deed accepted by resolution No. 4678, on November 9, 1949, describing a 25-foot-wide parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
Said 25-foot-wide strip or parcel of land being further described as lying 12.50 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of Lot 8 of Magnolia Center Tract No. 2, on file in Book 23, Pages 11 and 12, of Maps, records of Riverside County, that is : 60.07 feet Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line from the most Northerly corner of said Lot 8, said point being also described as being Southeasterly 175.07 feet along the Southwesterly line of Elizabeth Street, as shown on a map of said "Magnolia Center Tract No. 2" from the most Northerly corner of Lot 7 of said "Magnolia Center Tract No. 2"; Thence Southwesterly 100.00 feet, along a line parallel with the Northwesterly line of said Lot 8 and the end of this strip or parcel description.
