4 RECOMMENDATIONS
That the City Council:
1. Award a Construction Agreement from Request for Bids No. 8276 with Spectra Turf of Corona, CA, for the installation of playground resilient surfacing at Orange Terrace Community Park, in the amount of $159,018; and
2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Construction Agreement with Spectra Turf, including making minor and non-substantive changes.
