3 RECOMMENDATIONS
That the City Council:
1. Approve Second Amendment to the Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc., doing business as MIG, Inc. of Berkeley, California, for the Fairmount Park Master Plan, to add additional Scope of Services, extend the Agreement Term for one additional year and increase the Compensation in the amount of $76,910 for a new total Agreement amount of $384,541.55;
2. Approve a 37% change order authority in an amount up to $104,340 for project changes including, but not limited to, additional work, unforeseen conditions, or necessary design changes, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $386,340;

4 RECOMMENDATIONS
3. By at least five affirmative votes, authorize a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $76,910 from the Regional Parks Special Capital Improvement Fund to the Fairmount Park Master Plan project revenue and expenditure accounts; and
4. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Second Amendment to the Professional Consultant Services Agreement, including making minor and non-substantive changes.
