AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 19.090 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY 1) REZONING PROPERTY IDENTIFIED AS ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBERS 291-440-042, FROM CSHC-SP – CANYON
SPRINGS HEALTHCARE CAMPUS SPECIFIC PLAN TO O-SP - OFFICE AND
SPECIFIC PLAN (CANYON SPRINGS BUSINESS PARK) OVERLAY ZONES AND 2) REZONING PROPERTY IDENTIFIED AS ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NOS. 291-440- 008 AND 291-440-004, FROM THE O-SP – OFFICE AND SPECIFIC PLAN (CANYON SPRINGS BUSINESS PARK) OVERLAY ZONES TO THE CSHC-SP – CANYON SPRINGS HEALTHCARE CAMPUS SPECIFIC PLAN.
The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows:
Section 1: Pursuant to Chapter 19.090 of the Riverside Municipal Code, the Zoning Map of the City of Riverside is hereby amended by removing approximately 3.9 acres from the CSHC-SP – Canyon Springs Healthcare Campus Specific Plan and placing in the O-SP – Office and Specific Plan (Canyon Springs Business Park) Overlay Zones, the property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 291- 440-042, as described and depicted in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, subject to all of the conditions, restrictions and covenants imposed under Planning Case No.
PC-2025-00439, which conditions, restrictions and covenants are incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2: Pursuant to Chapter 19.090 of the Riverside Municipal Code, the Zoning Map of the City of Riverside is hereby amended by removing approximately 3.9 acres from the O-SP – Office and Specific Plan (Canyon Springs Business Park) Overlay Zones and placing in the CSHC-SP – Canyon Springs Healthcare Campus Specific Plan, the property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 291-440-008 and 291-440-004, as described and depicted in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, subject to all of the conditions, restrictions and covenants imposed under Planning Case No. PC-2025-00439, which conditions, restrictions and covenants are incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter of the City of Riverside. This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption. / /
