1. REPORTS FROM CITY COUNCIL AND CITY MANAGER
I Reports from the City Council will include any AB1234 Reports.
Councilmember Halldin reported attendance at the Western Placer Waste Management Authority board meeting. He was also in attendance for the Rocklin Chamber Breakfast where CSUS President Luke Wood was the guest speaker and the Roseville Chamber Installation Dinner.
Vice Mayor Gayaldo reported attendance at the Sacramento Area Council Of Government (SACOG) board meeting where she was appointed Chair of SACOG's Policy and Innovation Committee for 2024. She also reported attendance at the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards where Mark Haney with the Growth Factory was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year. Lastly, she attended the Roseville Community Coffee with Mayor Bruce Houdesheldt.
Councilmember Bass reported attendance at a Bar Association event and the Rocklin Community Theater fund raiser. He reported attendance at a meeting with utility watchdog on issues of the day and legislation.
City Manager Zimmermann shared information on the Rocklin Arts Commission Community Survey, which is open until April 16 and can be found on the City's website www.rocklin.ca.us.
