Mayor Janda called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Housing Workshop
Action: Received a presentation from staff regarding the City's progress in meeting the goals established in the 6th Cycle Housing Element (2021-2029), income restricted housing, and options for consideration.
Principal Planner Anna Leanza presented the item to City Council.
Principal Planner Leanza, Planning Manager Bret Finning, City Manager Aly Zimmermann, and interim Assistant City Attorney Dan Cucchi responded to Councilmember and Commissioner questions.

Jerry Mitchell addressed the City Council and Planning Commission regarding the item
