Mayor Janda called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Vice Mayor Gayaldo arrived at 5:05 p.m.
Absent: Councilmember Ken Broadway
DISCUSSION ITEMS
D1. Clover Valley Development History and Current Plans Community Development Department Director David Mohlenbrok provided an overview of the history and current plans for the project; Jessup University President Dr. John Jackson and Civil Engineer Dave Berry representing Tim Lewis Communities provided additional background information and details of the project.
PUBLIC DISCUSSION
Mayor Janda facilitated questions and answers with members of the public.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Janda adjourned the meeting at 6:53 p.m.
