CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Gayaldo called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers David Bass, Bill Halldin, Greg Janda Mayor Jill Gayaldo
Absent: Council Member Ken Broadway
Council Member Broadway arrived at 3:20 p.m.
PUBLIC CLOMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION
There were none.
Members of the City Council left the Council Chambers and convened Closed Session at 3:01 p.m.
Council Member Broadway arrived at 3:20 p.m. and joined the City Council in Closed Session.
CLOSED SESSION
CS1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(3), Conference with Legal Counsel, Anticipated Exposure to Litigation: one (1) case in which the facts or circumstances are not yet known to a potential plaintiff or plaintiffs.
Members of the City Council returned to the Council Chambers at 4:22 p.m.

DISCUSSION ITEMS
D1. Clover Valley - Ratification of Escrow Instructions and Amendment to Use of Funds Agreement
Action: Adopted Resolution 2025-057 of the City Council of the City of Rocklin Ratifying Escrow Instructions and Approving the First Amendment to the Use of Funds Agreement Between the City of Rocklin and the Placer Land Trust for Clover Valley Acquisition and Protection Via Conservation Easement.
City Manager Zimmermann presented the item to the City Council.
City Council comments and discussion followed.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Placer County Superintendent of Schools Gayle Garbolino-Mojica addressed the City Council expressing her support of the proposed amended agreement.
Motion to approve Discussion Item No. D1 by Council Member Halldin and seconded by Vice Mayor Bass. Passed by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Councilmembers Bass, Halldin
Mayor Gayaldo
Noes: Councilmembers Broadway, Janda
Absent: None
Abstain: None
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Gayaldo adjourned the meeting at 4:40 pm.
