Mayor Gayaldo called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.

Mr. Jacob Roe addressed the City Council providing an update on his journey through Sierra College, shared his future academic endeavors, and gratitude to the City Council for their support

D1. Interviewed Candidates for an Appointment to the Arts Commission The City Council conducted interviews with the following applicants:
