SUBJECT: Blue Memo - Agenda Item #C5. Declaration of Exempt Surplus Land B. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rocklin declaring
the real property at the northeast corner of Railroad Avenue and Pine Street (APN 010-121-006-000) exempt surplus land pursuant to California
Government Code § 54220 et seq. and finding that such
declaration is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act, and taking related actions.
Since publication of the agenda packet, a m inor change has been made to correct a typographical error to the following document for Consent Item C5, attachment 6 (Railroad Pine Property Exhibit A, to Resolution B). The change is to c orrect the APN referenced in Exhibit A and is noted in red text below.
