General Plan Implementation
• Processing development applications and subdivision maps consistent with the City’s land use designations and zoning regulations. • Implementation of the City’s Housing Element programs and Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) strategy.
• Ongoing coordination with regional and local agencies on infrastructure planning, transportation improvements, and hazard mitigation efforts. • Continued monitoring of development activity and housing production consistent with State reporting requirements.
• Review and processing of development proposals to ensure consistency with the City’s General Plan, zoning regulations, and design standards. 6 7
